At the start of class, Ashley will talk about the \u003cstrong\u003ediverse regions of the Philippines\u003c\/strong\u003e and written languages. She will also present traditional Filipino designs and share their \u003cstrong\u003esymbolism and meanings\u003c\/strong\u003e. You have the option to have your name written in Baybayin, an ancient pre-colonial Sanskrit, and choose designs that correspond to specific regions in the Philippines, that you will \u003cstrong\u003etrace\u003c\/strong\u003e onto your vase\/cup and \u003cstrong\u003ecarve\u003c\/strong\u003e away!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAshley has taken the time to study her cultural heritage and she is excited to share it with anyone who wants to learn more about Filipino language and art!
