Accessibility

Where can I park?

There is a free, off-street parking lot for use by Meld customers and any other customers of the Highlands Forge complex.

Does Meld have gendered restrooms?

Meld has one single-person restroom for use by all humans of any gender who are visiting Meld.

Is Meld ADA accessible?

Yes! There are no steps between the parking lot and Meld's entrance, and there are no steps within Meld's studio. There is an ADA-compliant sidewalk sloping upward from the complex's parking lot and Meld's entrance. Meld's restroom is ADA-compliant.

Is Meld a Queer space?

Yes! The only folks unwelcome in our space are those that are intolerant of and/or hateful towards others. We are welcoming and affirming, and our goal is to provide a space where folks can come as they are, learn something new, make some art, and escape the world for a bit.

Events

Can I have a private event at Meld?

Yes! In the past, we've hosted birthday parties, bachelorette groups, kids' parties, garden clubs, and more. Reach out with an idea of what you'd like - include your estimated head count, preferred activity, and budget (if you have one) - and we can brainstorm from there.

Are your events kid-friendly?

Unless specified otherwise in the event listing, yes! We do require that kids 14 and under have an adult accompany them for the duration of the event. Kids over 14 years old may attend the event unaccompanied.

I'm another local business in Baltimore - can we collaborate on an event?

Yes! We love Baltimore and we love supporting other local businesses. Reach out with an idea of what you'd like to do, and let's make it happen!
