Make a ceramic berry basket based on the classic farmer's market paper basket! Using slabs and handbuilding techniques, we'll guide you through cutting shapes from a template and then folding, slipping, and scoring to make a 3-dimensional container.

This workshop is medium difficulty and best for people who have some prior experience handling clay, but if you are a beginner we will still teach you from start to finish!

Instructor glazing is included in your ticket for a single color. If you'd like to decorate and glaze your piece with more details, you can register for a glazing session dated 2 or more weeks after your workshop to come back and glaze it yourself. This is a great option for folks who have intricate glazing designs in mind or who want to learn about the glazing part of the process.

Finished pieces will be available approximately 4 weeks after the workshop date.
