Community CPR Class | Saturday, October 2026

Emergencies can happen anywhere—at home, at work, and in the spaces we love most. This community CPR class is an invitation to learn life-saving skills in a calm, supportive, and judgment-free environment. Led by our very own, Kelsey Sabo, MSN, RN, a trauma nurse & American Heart Association certified BLS instructor. 

Together, we’ll cover the basics of adult and infant CPR, choking, how to recognize a cardiac emergency, and what to do in those critical first moments while help is on the way. No prior experience is needed—just a willingness to learn and show up for your community.

This class is accessible, trauma-informed, and rooted in empowerment rather than fear. Because knowing what to do can make all the difference—and because care is a collective practice. Certification available; class registration goes toward two-year certification cost, for those who need it.

Open to all, with priority given to non-medical folks in the community.
