Skills covered: throwing to precise measurements, lidded vessels.

Schedule
Wednesday, April 13 (Part 1): 6:30-7PM preparing and wedging clay (3 x 2 lb balls). 7-9PM throwing demonstrations and instructor guidance. Everyone will cut their first form in half to evaluate wall thickness.
Wednesday, April 20 (Part 2): trimming bodies and lids; attaching knobs (if not already on thrown forms).
Members may glaze their pieces during their regular studio time(s) after the workshop.
Sliding scale pricing
If you are a member using your monthly clay allotment, feel free to choose a lower price tier. If you need us to provide you with extra clay, please choose a higher price tier as you are able. We want member workshops to be accessible - if you’d like to participate but need an accommodation, let us know via email!
Tickets are non-refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of the event.
